Y Litter - Week 1

The puppies were born on 23 July, 2026.  After a difficult labor and an emergency c-section, we ended up with 4 girls.  After this eventful entry into the world, the pups have done great this first week.  They continue to gain weight and are very good at crying. They have had their tails docked and dew claws removed.  They made it through these procedures with no problems.  Mimi continues to be a great mom.  We continue to monitor the 4 girls' growth and weights every day.  No special reason the way we came up with their litter names.  Except for Oreo.  After 25 litters, she is the first we have had with a half gray/white face.  Marsha' looked up and said she is Oreo.  And the name stuck.
